About ISTDC

ISTDC Canada Inc (International Science & Technology Development Centre – Canada) is a private Canadian organization founded in 1993 in Regina, Saskatchewan. ISTDC specializes in providing professional and innovative advisory and management services in the areas of corporate finance, valuations and due diligence, project management, technology development and transfer, education, and cultural relations.

ISTDC Canada is a recognized leader in Canada in the China market, having been recognized by the Canadian Federal Government through Foreign Trade and International Affairs Canada as an Authorized Service Provider for Canadian organizations in China. Recently, ISTDC Canada has also been asked by the Government of British Columbia and the Canadian Olympic Committee to act as one of only five organizations to establish a platform in China for the development of corporate, economic, academic, and cultural relations between Canada and China in preparation for the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada.

Under the guiding principles of quality, efficiency, and integrity, ISTDC Canada has the necessary resources and networks to provide the most professional and reliable advisory and management services to clients in all sectors, including corporations, government bodies, financial institutions, academic establishments, scientific communities, and business organizations.

ISTDC Canada also has extensive business connections in China in both public and private sectors. Among them, ISTDC Canada has a cooperative agreement with the Development Research Centre of the State Council of China (“DRC”), acting as the DRC’s sole business partner and platform in Canada. In addition, ISTDC Canada is the only Canadian organization to have a cooperative agreement with the Chinese Academy of Science and China National Nuclear Corporation.

Further, ISTDC Canada is also the sole Canadian business partner to the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council. Finally, ISTDC Canada also has cooperative agreements with numerous Chinese universities including Nankai University and the Central University of Nationalities to conduct academic exchanges and instructor training programs.
